Refund policy

Due to the nature of our items being made to order with no on hand inventory, All sales are final. Please ensure that all clothing items ordered are the correct size at the time of purchase. We will exchange glass products that arrive broken for new product, but require that photo evidence be submitted of the package and the item in question within 12 hours of confirmed delivery, for insurance claim purposes with the carriers. The replacement item will be remade immediately and reshipped at our cost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen uninsured product.
