Shipping Policy


We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. We partner with trusted carriers, including FedEx and UPS, to ensure your products arrive in the condition they left our facility. Please note that standard shipping times are estimated at checkout and begin after the production process is complete. Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier assumes responsibility for the timely and intact delivery of your package. We currently only ship to residents within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). For Alaska and Hawaii residents shipping times may be longer and cost more due to carrier transit fees that our outside of our control.

 


Returns & Exchanges


As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details, including item selection and sizing, before finalizing your purchase. For custom orders, sample images will be provided for your review and final approval prior to shipping. Once approval is given, we cannot issue refunds or make changes to the order.

In the rare event that a household item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging as it was delivered. Email these images to Contact@ShiroZombie.com within 12 hours of confirmed delivery so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. This time window helps us minimize fraudulent claims and ensures prompt resolution.
